Pankow Construction’s new flexible building program was developed with you in mind.  Our program is designed to help you build your dream home or investment property within budget. Flex build allows you to choose the aspects of your project you feel comfortable taking on. This allows you to maintain direct control of your budget.  Your involvement could include:

The above divisions of labor are merely suggestions of ways clients have divided the work in the past.  Each plan can be individualized to best fit your needs.  We would be happy to discuss all the options with you.  Our Flex Design program may also be a helpful tool in determining how much of the project you want to take on yourself.

Want to see how your bath or kitchen remodel will look before you start demolition?  We can help with our Flex Design program.  While we do offer full service design,we have also created a flex design package which allows you to receive affordable 3D Design at a fraction of the cost.

These design packages include our picture quality 3D renderings.  These fantastic renderings are incredibly helpful when trying to visualize how your room will look with the wall removed or how the bathroom will look once you relocate the sink.  The designs are also invaluable in determining budgets costs and preventing potentially expensive mistakes duringconstruction.  By limiting the scope of the designs and eliminitating the full construction design, the 3D renderings can be offered at a very affordable price.
