Q: What if I already have building plans?

A: No problem, we are happy to offer our construction services based on your plans. We also offer 3D design services and can convert your 2-dimensional floor plans into 3D.

Q: What if I am already in the process of drafting my building documents?

A: It is highly recommended to involve a builder during the design process because they guide design efficiently based on mechanical systems, structure, and other parts of a remodel that are often overlooked by architect/designers.

Q: What if I need a Variance?

A: Pankow Construction has drafted many plans that have required a variance. We are familiar with the approval process in various cities such as Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale. Although never a guarantee, our approval ratio is very high and we are confident if there is justification for a variance, our process will give you a high probability for success.

Q: What if I am undecided between doing a Major Remodel or tearing down and starting over?

A: Answering this question is what we do best. Through our interview process and preliminary study of your home remodeling project, we can analyze your home’s limitations and make educated decisions based on cost, time, and practicality.
