Bathroom Specialist/ Generalist

A bathroom specialist should to be skilled in shower creation, tile setting, light/electrical, plumbing, drywall and paint repair, and strong communication skills. Small Projects Coordinator (SPC)

The responsibilities of a Small Projects Coordinator is to ensure the integrity of smaller remodeling projects are held up to the same quality standards that Pankow Construction upholds on larger scale home remodels. Such remodeling projects include:

• Bathtub to Shower Conversion
• Cabinet Refacing
• Home Maintenance
• Patio Enclosures

An SPC  may also be used to aid the Project Manager in an event he/she is unable to perform their obligations independently. Pankow Construction emphasizes communication between homeowner, sub contractors, designers, or anyone else who may be involved in the remodeling process. Strong communication skills are required from an SPC to ensure all remodeling projects follow Pankow Construction’s quality standards. Handyman Specialist

A Handyman Specialist ensures that home repairs such as electrical, mechanical, drywall, window and door replacement, or other small home improvement processes follow the quality standards that Pankow Construction emphasizes in all home remodeling jobs.
